The whole machine is designed and manufactured according to high requirements, high efficiency, reliability and safety.
The control panel is equipped with 10.4" human-machine interface color touch screen to control various units and features convenient operation and high precision. Each unit is equipped with 7" color touch screen, which is more convenient to operate. Through computer control, it can save 999 common orders, and features higher efficiency in replacing order with more convenient operation.
Memory reset: When machine is working, if it needs to open the machine for wiping or replacing the plate, it can automatically recover to the original position when the machine is closed.
All the drive rollers are made of high grade steel, and are plated with the hard chromium, the surface is ground.
The transmission gear is made of 60mm thick quality steel with Rockwell hardness of HRC58-62 after heat treatment.
All the units of the whole machine can be operated as a whole structure or separately; the machine continuously alarms while during travelling to ensure the safety of the operator.
The key-free connection ring is adopted to reduce abrasion at the center and keep accurate. The simulated position is magnified to keep chromatic printing during long-term operation.
The wall panel of the main unit is made of A3 with thickness of 60mm, and is tempered and processed by large machining center to ensure high strength and high precision.
The whole machine has one key intelligent adjusting machine and one key automatic plate alignment, which can realize the first cardboard without scrapping.
